In the framework of the Project "Support for Media Pluralism and Freedom of Expression in the Republic of Moldova", which is funded and implemented under the Council of Europe Action Plan for the Republic of Moldova 2021-2024, the Council of Europe is seeking interested service providers to develop the conceptual and narrative components of an e-learning course.
This course will focus on the new Law on Access to Information of Public Interest, which entered into force in Moldova in January 2024.
Interested consultants are invited to submit their applications in accordance with the Tender File and the Act of Engagement. These documents contain a detailed description of the terms and conditions of engagement, as well as the scope of activities.
The deadline for submitting proposals is May 10, 2024.
