As part of my past employment, I have drafted and contributed to the drafting of policy briefs, strategic documents, reports and other official publications on asylum and migration. However, many of these documents are for internal use only, while public reports do not mention individual authors by name. I am wondering if and how this work can be included as professional work samples in my application. Would it be sufficient to provide links to publications that I have worked on, even if they do not list individual authors?

Samples of previous professional work relevant to the scope of the tender call need to clearly indicate the name of the author. In cases of co-authored publications, they should specify their individual contributions. When the sample is without an individual author, the Council of Europe cannot accept it unless the applicants provide confirmation from the publisher that they have contributed to the work.
