The Council of Europe is launching a tender for the procurement of publishing services to be provided within the Council of Europe Project “Strengthening the prison and probation reforms, provision of health care and treatment of patients in closed institutions in the Republic of Moldova”.
In this context, the Council of Europe is inviting potential providers to apply and submit their offers for the provision of publishing services in accordance with the attached documents.
The deadline for the submission of offers is 31 May 2021.
