The Council of Europe’s Department for the Execution of Judgments of the European Court of Human Rights has published the Azerbaijani translation of several thematic factsheets (for the full list see below) and of the Guide for the drafting of action plans and reports for the execution of judgments of the European Court of Human Rights. The translation of the factsheets was carried out within the framework of the Council of Europe project "Support for the strengthening of the implementation of the decisions of the European Court by Azerbaijan". These unofficial translations were made on the basis of the original English text and, in the event of divergence, the English version shall take precedence.

- Reopening of Judicial Proceedings following the European Court's judgements

- Guide for the drafting of action plans and reports for the execution of judgments of the European Court.
Avropa Şurasının Avropa İnsan Hüquqları Məhkəməsinin Qərarlarının İcrası Departamenti bir sıra tematik bülletenləri (tam siyahı üçün aşağıya baxın) və Avropa İnsan Hüquqları Məhkəməsinin qərarlarının icrasına dair fəaliyyət planlarının və hesabatlarının tərtibi üzrə bələdçisini Azərbaycan dilinə tərcüməsini dərc etmişdir. Bülletenlərin tərcüməsi Avropa Şurasının “Avropa Məhkəməsi qərarlarının Azərbaycan tərəfindən icrasının gücləndirilməsinə dəstək” layihəsi çərçivəsində həyata keçirilmişdir. Bu qeyri-rəsmi tərcümələr ingilis dilindəki orijinal mətnin əsasında icra olunmuşdur və fərqlilik təqdirində ingilis versiyasına üstünlük verilməlidir.
