On 22 October, the Execution Department participated in a webinar on the European Convention on Human Rights which was organised by the Council of Europe and attended by advisors of the Constitutional Court of Serbia.
The webinar gave the opportunity to around 30 lawyers of the Constitutional Court to learn more about the process of execution of the ECHR judgments, focusing on the change of the case-law of national courts as an important general measure for preventing human rights violations.
