Secretary General Marija Pejčinović Burić has met with Ambassador Ismat Jahan, Permanent Observer of the Organisation of Islamic Co-operation to the European Union. The meeting focused on the co-operation between the two Organisations.
The Secretary General highlighted the Council of Europe’s commitment to combatting anti-Muslim racism and hatred, providing guidelines, recommendations and strategies to member states as well as to civil society, private sector, and the media.
