2. Des critères spécifiques sont-ils retenus pour l’accès à la PMA ?
Raisons médicales :
a. Infertilité

b. Risque de transmission d’une maladie (préciser le risque et/ou la maladie)

Article 4, paragraphe 1 de la loi 3305/05 :
- - le critère d’âge pris en compte pour les femmes participant à des procédures de PMA est l’âge limite naturel de procréation (50 ans) ;
- - l’application de la PMA aux personnes de moins de 18 ans n’est possible que pour préserver leur capacité de procréation, lorsqu’elles présentent une maladie grave susceptible de provoquer une stérilité.
La loi ne prévoit aucune disposition pour les femmes ne vivant pas en couple hétérosexuel.
L’article 4, paragraphe 2 prévoit un examen obligatoire pour le VIH 1 et 2, l’hépatite B et C et la syphilis avant le début des procédures de PMA. Les personnes infectées par le VIH qui désirent bénéficier d’une procédure de PMA doivent demander une autorisation spéciale auprès de l’Autorité nationale de la PMA.
