- Description
- The “Stevenson de Barbizon à Grez” Association aims to enhance the presence of Robert Louis Stevenson in the region between 1875 and 1878 through his literary work, notably works produced during this period, and his life in the midst of artists' colonies, more particularly in Barbizon and Grez-sur-Loing. The Association's missions are to promote green tourism along, among other things, the R.L. Stevenson Trail in the Fontainebleau forest and to develop and support studies and research relating to presence and work by R.L. Stevenson. The Association regularly organizes literary meetings, exhibitions, conferences and visits.
