Description

Administrative and governing body of the Province of Cáceres (Extremadura).
The Monfragüe Rock Art Interpretation Centeris is a tourist facility devoted to the rock paintings discovered in the Monfragüe region. The oldest local rock paintings date back to more than 8,000 years ago, in the Epipaleolithic period.
