- Description
- The Argyll Motor Works in Alexandria (1905) were one of the largest motor car works in the world. The Works have been reconverted to a shopping mall, the Loch Lomond Galleries, where interpretation panels throughout the building reveal its story.
The Scottish Motor Museum Trust (dedicated to preserving Scottish motoring history) is responsible for the information panels and the cars displayed at former Argyll Works.
The Argyll Motor Works are an Individual Site of the European Route of Industrial Heritage.
