The Council of Europe, under its Project on “Protecting children from human rights violations of all forms and in all settings”, will undertake a Mapping study on the implementation and development of the Barnahus model across Europe.
The study aims at understanding the impact and use made of the Barnahus model across Europe, thus consolidating the knowledge base concerning different countries and preparing the ground for developing further promotional action.
In this context, the Council of Europe is looking for child rights consultants to support the preparation of the study as specified in the below Tender File and Act of Engagement.
Interested applicants are invited to consult the tender documentation and carefully follow the instructions for submission.
The deadline for submission of applications has been extended to 7 October 2022 (23:59 CET) to be addressed exclusively to children@coe.int.
