It is with great pleasure that the ICC programme announces the membership of the city of Torremolinos to the Spanish Network of Intercultural Cities (RECI)!

Torremolinos joins a network of more than twenty Spanish cities committed to make diversity an advantage for the whole society by strengthening their inclusion policies through the Council of Europe intercultural approach.
