Farid holds a Master's degree in Education, specializing in youth- and adult education and is a lecturer at the University of Marburg and Frankfurt on Social Entrepreneurship. Farid has over 10 years experience working in capacity building for socially disadvantaged youth and young adults in various non-profit organisations.)

About the projects
Farid currently manages and organises a scholarship programme (ChancenNutzer) for young entrepreneurial migrants, as well as a programme (ANKOMMER). For social start-ups which are trying to improve the social and economic integration of refugees. Both programmes are part of the Social Impact Lab Frankfurt which also offers young social entrepreneurs the infrastructure for starting their business (Anders Gruender). This concept is currently being multiplied in many German cities such as Munich, Hamburg and Leipzig.
