PRACTICAL INFORMATION

1. REGISTRATION

Participants are requested to fill in the registration, transfer and hotel reservation forms and send them before 10 October 2006 to:

2. SESSION VENUE

The Session will take place at the:

3. ACCOMMODATION (form I)

The organisers have booked some rooms in two hotels at negotiated prices and participants are invited to fill in the enclosed form for the hotel booking. However, participants are also free to choose another hotel in Moscow, if they so wish, but please note that shuttles will not be organised for them in this case.

4. VISAS (form II)

Participants are invited to follow the procedures in the enclosed document in order to obtain a visa to enter the Russian Federation. In case you are requested to pay for the visa, please inform the contact person in the Congress Secretariat to get reimbursement upon presentation of the invoice and copy of the visa after the meeting.

5.TRANSFER FROM / TO THE AIRPORTS (form III)

Transfer by shuttle for those who requested it will be organised from and to the airports and the hotels. Participants are invited to fill in the form to request tranfer and inform the organisers of any changes in their time of arrival or departure. Participants will be informed as soon as possible of the timetable of the shuttles.

6. TRANSFER FROM THE HOTELS TO THE SESSION VENUE AND BACK (form III)

Shuttles will be organised between the Moskomsport Hotel and the President Hotel, Session location, approximately 1 hour by shuttle.

7. TRAVEL AND SUBSISTENCE EXPENSES

NB: For those whose travel and subsistence expenses will be covered by the Council of Europe, please note that the payment will be made by bank transfer after the Session . Please remember to bring at the meeting in Moscow a copy of the flight ticket, the original invoice from the travel agent, and full bank details (IBAN code) to ensure speedy reimbursement.

Before leaving the hotel, please make sure you have paid the bill.

8. MEAL VOUCHERS

The participants who wish to have their lunch at the President Hotel will be able to buy vouchers for lunches (30 euros per voucher) when registering in the morning.
