Participation of member states of the Council of Europe and international intergovernmental organisations

In pursuing its longstanding co-operation with other European and national actors, invitations to attend the launching conference will be issued to:

· representatives of all 46 member states of the Council of Europe as well as non-member states with observer status
· representatives of the different bodies of the Council of Europe: the Committee of Ministers, the Parliamentary Assembly and the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of the Council of Europe
· representatives of international intergovernmental organisations working in the field of preventing and combating violence against women, including domestic violence.
