Walk the Talk: Partial Agreement on Youth Mobility through the Youth Card and the European Youth Card Association (EYCA) organised a seminarin cooperation with the Enlarged Partial Agreement on Cultural Routes (EPA)

The Enlarged Partial Agreement on Cultural Routes of the Council of Europe (EPA) was invited to participate in an innovative interactive seminar ‘Walk the Talk’, organised on 4-7 July 2023 in Luxembourg by the Partial Agreement on Youth Mobility through the European Youth Card, and the National Information Agency for Youth of Luxembourg (ANIJ), in cooperation with the EPA.

The main objective of the seminar was to promote the European Youth Card as a tool for connecting young people with the cultural offers of the Council of Europe member States including the Cultural Routes of the Council of Europe.

Guests walked along a few selected Cultural Routes of the Council of Europe crossing Luxembourg: the European Route of Industrial Heritage in Belval; the European Route of Jewish Heritage in Luxembourg City; the European Route of Historic Thermal Towns in Mondorf-les-Bains and the Fortified towns of the Grande Region in Luxembourg City. Experts and local representatives of Cultural Routes accompanied the group, narrating the heritage while exchanging with the participants about youth mobility, the youth card and cultural heritage interpretation for young people.

The seminar was the opportunity for the EPA on Cultural Routes of the Council of Europe to develop a closer cooperation with the Enlarged Partial Agreement on Youth Mobility through the Youth Card.

The EPA Secretariat would like to express its sincere thanks to the Partial Agreement on Youth Mobility through the European Youth Card, the European Youth Card Association and the National Information Agency for Youth of Luxembourg (ANIJ) for organizing this innovative seminar.
