The European Institute of Cultural Routes (EICR) is the technical agency of the Cultural Routes of the Council of Europe programme.
The Secretariat of the Enlarged Partial Agreement on Cultural Routes is located at the EICR in the heart of the historical centre of Luxembourg city.
