Last December the ICC Programme has welcomed 6 new cities located in three European countries! These are:
Madrid is the capital of Spain and the third-largest city of the European Union (EU). The city has also integrated the RECI, i.e. Spanish Network of Intercultural Cities becoming its 19th member.
Dudelange is a commune with town status located in southern Luxembourg. It is the first ICC member in the country and has a very diverse community since 40% of its population is made up of non-Luxembourg citizens.
Bradford, Calderdale, Kirklees and Manchester, located in the UK, joined together on 18th December. Their membership adds to the one of Swansea and the London borough of Lewisham, making interculturality stronger in the UK.
A warm welcome to all!
