The Intercultural Profile is based upon the visit of a Council of Europe’s expert team, comprising a member of the Secretariat and one or 2 experts. This document has to be put in parallel with the Council of Europe’s response to the City ICC Index questionnaire, which contains many recommendations and pointers to examples of good practice.
