Once again, Turkey has been the victim of a devastating terrorist attack. My thoughts go to the victims of this barbarous act and to their families, to whom I convey my deepest sympathy. I also express my solidarity and support to the Turkish people and authorities. The Council of Europe is determined to pursue, alongside its member States, the fight for freedom and democracy in the face of terrorism.
