Designed as a guiding framework, the blueprint provides actionable recommendations for establishing a multi-level and multi-stakeholder coordination mechanism for integration policies in Finland.

It offers a comparative analysis of internationally recommended arrangements for multi-level governance of inclusive integration and good relations, measured against current structures and practices in Finland.

It is expected to serve as a key resource for policymakers, practitioners, and stakeholders committed to fostering inclusive integration and strengthening collaboration at all levels of governance in Finland.

The “Blueprint for Multi-level Governance of Inclusive Integration and Good Relations in Finland” has been developed under the European Union – Council of Europe joint project "Building an Inclusive Integration Approach in Finland".
