Boost Refugee is a programme for community entrepreneurs that facilitates access to the job market for newly arrived refugees in Oslo.
The development of BOOST Refugee started at the initiative of the City of Oslo that contacted relevant stakeholders (SoCentral and Lundin Foundation, among others) for the creation of an incubator programme for social entrepreneurs; the city provides subsidy funds to strengthen their ability to deliver good results in an economically sustainable manner.
