Specialist in collectives with particular difficulties in accessing the employment market, such as immigrants, women, the long-term unemployed, young people, etc.

Broad experience as a business motivator since 1998, working on various European and Spanish business projects and business consolidation, as well as designing integral business pathways at Cartagena Town Council and in Murcia. He is currently working in the Business and European Projects department at Cartagena Town Council's Local Development and Employment Agency, where he guides entrepreneurs through their entrepreneurial ideas and helps them to draw up their economic and financial business plan.

At the same time, he coordinates the collateral-free Microcredit programme for people with a viable business plan who cannot access finance through the usual channels. He also drives the applications for self-employed work permits forward, which are needed for immigrants to set up their businesses.

He was also a founder and director of the non-profit association Crea Futura offering employment and entrepreneurship projects to collectives with particular difficulties.

He has experience as an entrepreneur in the public and private events organisation sector. At the beginning of his professional career he worked for a Spanish bank which specialises in business finance.

With regard to his professional education, he holds a Degree in Work Sciences, a Degree in Business Sciences and a Master in Business Administration (MBA)
