Opinion No. 20 on the role of courts with respect to uniform application of the law
The Committee of Ministers has entrusted the CCJE for 2017, having regard to Recommendation Rec(2010)12 on judges: independence, efficiency and responsibilities, with the preparation and adoption, in 2017, of an opinion for the attention of the Committee of Ministers on The uniform application of the law. The draft opinion will be submitted for adoption at the 17th plenary meeting of the CCJE, from 8 to 10 November 2017 in Strasbourg.
Working party
The first meeting of the working group in charge of drafting the opinion toop place from 8 to 10 March in Paris. The second meeting took place from 7 to 9 June in Rome (Italy).
