The digital #exhibition of the Council of Europe, "Free to Create, Create to be Free“ will be presented at the 3rd European Conference on Democracy and Human Rights on 5 May 2022, in Kristiansand (Norway) where the Council of Europe is one of the co-organisers.

The focus of this year’s conference is securing democracy and human rights in the digital age, with a special emphasis on the situation in Ukraine.

The digital #exhibition will be presented by the expert curator Dr Katalin Krasznahorkai in a panel discussion on cultural institutions as actors for democracy and human rights.
