Preliminary Note

At its first meeting, the CDCPP, as a new structure for cooperation, will be invited:

  • to deal with the implementation of the activities in the 2012-2013 programme of activities already approved by the Committee of Ministers;
  • to have a substantive discussion on how the sectors of culture, heritage and landscape can make an integrated and transversal contribution to the aims of the Council of Europe, and make proposals for future action to be submitted to the Committee of Ministers;
  • to decide on the working methods and structure of the next plenary session with a view to the best possible implementation of the terms of reference and to preparing, with the help of the Bureau, the meeting of 2013.
