Enhancing judicial reform in the Eastern Partnership countries (Azerbaijan)
This joint programme, financed by the European Union and implemented by the Directorate General for Human Rights and Rule of Law of the Council of Europe concerns the reform of judicial systems of Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Republic of Moldova and Ukraine.
The objective is to identify legal and practical obstacles to the implementation of the relevant European standards in the areas of concern and to formulate recommendations and best practices to address these obstacles.
