41st Session -Instructions to connect via KUDO
All session participants (whether connecting remotely or in-person) must connect to KUDO, as votes during the session will be carried out exclusively on this platform.
The KUDO connection link has been sent to you by email.
If you do not manage to connect to the meeting please send an e-mail to congress.hotline@coe.int.
Please follow the instructions below to ensure good participation conditions.
Please bring a smartphone, tablet or laptop to enable you to vote
Further information on the KUDO platform and the voting procedure can be found on the Congress Cloud: LINK
When logging on to KUDO, please enter your name as follows: SURNAME First name, COUNTRY (REP or SUB)
The speaking and voting rights in the different meetings are linked to your Congress Connect login e-mail-address, which you also have to enter when logging on to KUDO.
The virtual meeting room will be activated about 30 minutes before the beginning of the meeting to give you an additional opportunity to test your connection and the KUDO platform. A support team will be present to address technical issues, should there be any.
We invite participants without speaking rights to follow the session via the live webcast (link to be published shortly here: 41st Session (coe.int)
