Benin, Fiji and Kiribati acceded to the Convention on Cybercrime (ETS No. 185).
Benin acceded to the Additional Protocol to the Convention on cybercrime, concerning the criminalisation of acts of a racist and xenophobic nature committed through computer systems (ETS No. 189).
The Czech Republic and Sierra Leone signed the Second Additional Protocol to the Convention on Cybercrime on enhanced co-operation and disclosure of electronic evidence (CETS No. 224).

- the Second Additional Protocol to the Convention on Cybercrime on enhanced co-operation and disclosure of electronic evidence (CETS No. 224).

The Republic of Moldova signed
- the European Convention for the protection of the Audiovisual Heritage (ETS No. 183) and
- the Protocol to the European Convention for the protection of the Audiovisual Heritage, on the protection of Television Productions (ETS No. 184).
