Today, the European Committee for Social Cohesion (CCS) is holding its 4th and last meeting in Strasbourg, France, and by videoconference.
During the meeting, members of the CCS will exchange information on relevant recent developments in the field of social cohesion and social rights.
Among other issues, the Committee will discuss and proceed to a final exchange of views on draftDeclarations on Social Cohesion at the Crossroads and Preserving social Cohesion in the Transition to a Green Economy.
During its mandate the CCS worked to facilitate and promote the dialogue and exchange of best practices amongst member States with the aim to strengthen the substantive enjoyment of social rights by all.
