The Council of Europe Gender Equality Division is launching a call for tenders for the provision of consultancy services on developing knowledge and tools on anti-gender rhetoric and creating effective positive narratives and communication tools on promoting gender equality and preventing/combating violence against women.
The Council of Europe is looking for six Providers to support the implementation of the implementation of its Gender Equality Strategy (2024-2029). Expertise is requested on researching and countering anti-gender movements and narratives in Europe and creating effective positive narratives and communication tools on promoting gender equality and preventing/combating violence against women with a focus on their impacts on gender equality, gender-based violence, sexual and reproductive health and rights and feminist movements.

Deadline for submission of offers: 12 September 2024
Tenders must be sent to the Council of Europe electronically only to [email protected] with the reference Tender – “Developing positive narratives on gender equality” in the subject field. Tenders submitted to another e-mail account will be excluded from the procedure.
Documents submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
