Matra programme
The "Matra programme" of the Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs supports the change of a centralised communist state towards a pluriform democratic state respecting the rule of law in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). The programme supports activities focused on the change of a state, its institutions, the organisations of civilians and their mutual relationships.
Since 2003, some seminars have taken place with this support and in cooperation with EUROCLIO, part of existing projects or in parallel to seminars with similar topics taking place in other parts of Europe under different funding.
