Improvement of procedures for the protection of human rights
The Committee of Experts for the improvement of procedures for the protection of human rights (DH-PR) was a plenary inter-governmental committee specialised in improvements which should be made to the protection mechanism set up by the European Convention of Human Rights and in implementation of that Convention by Council of Europe member states under the authority of the Steering Committee for Human Rights (CDDH). The DH-PR met twice a year until 2010.
The activity was conducted from 1996 to 2010.
