Council of Europe Justice Ministers adopt five new resolutions in Helsinki. Justice ministers from the 46 Council of Europe member states finalised two days of work by adopting five resolutions on debt problems, restorative justice, combating terrorism, judicial co-operation and the conditions of people detained in prison.
