The Council of Europe is currently launching an invitation to the tender with a view to awarding a contract for the purchase of IT development services – Tools for the online publication of the Cyprus Law Reports.
This tender procedure is a competitive bidding procedure for a purchase of services with a total cost of up to €55,000 tax exclusive.
