It is with great pleasure that the Intercultural Cities programme announces the membership of the Department of Seine-Saint-Denis (France), Besançon (France) and Zagreb (Croatia). 

The ICC Programme will support the cities and region in reviewing and adapting their policies through an intercultural lens, and developing comprehensive intercultural strategies to manage diversity as an advantage for the whole society. 

By joining the ICC programme, Département de la Seine-Saint-Denis, Besançon and Zagreb further confirm their commitment toward building an inclusive, tolerant and diverse city based on the principles of intercultural integration approach – equality, diversity, interaction and participation.
