Country reports
The Special Representative has been tasked with gathering information on the fundamental rights of refugees and other migrants in Europe, including through fact-finding missions to member states. The aim of these fact-finding missions is to assess member states’ needs and make concrete proposals on how the Council of Europe can assist them – especially those affected by a sudden concentration of high numbers of refugees and other migrants.
