From 1st July to 25 September 2013, the Administrative Tribunal registered three appeals (Nos. 539/2013, 540/2013 and 541/2013): the first appeal concerns the appraisal procedure, the second appeal concerns the granting of steps to a staff member and the third appeal concerns the refusal to apply Article 24, paragraph 2 of Staff Regulations to the President of the Staff Committee.

This information is given to enable those who so wish to exercise their right to intervene under Article 10 of the Statute of the Administrative Tribunal.
