The Council of Europe is currently implementing a Project titled "Promoting Media Professionalism and Freedom of Information in Azerbaijan."

In this context, the Project is seeking short-term international consultants to provide expertise in the areas of international legal standards related to data protection and privacy, access to information, freedom of media and expression, as well as those areas associated with media and information literacy, countering disinformation and hate speech in media, and media reporting of conflicts, gender-based violence and social-political events.
