Several fundamental Council of Europe Committee of Ministers recommendations, thematic factsheets and guides regarding execution of judgments of the European Court of Human Rights are now available in Azerbaijani language. The translations of the materials were carried out within the framework of the Council of Europe Project “Support for the improvement of the execution of the European Court judgments by Azerbaijan”. These documents listed below are now published on the e-library platform and can be found under the heading of Execution of Judgments of the European Court of Human Rights. The “Support for the improvement of the execution of the European Court judgments by Azerbaijan” Project aims to enhance the implementation of human rights and fundamental freedoms in Azerbaijan in line with the European Convention on Human Rights and ensure timely and effective execution of judgments of the European Court of Human Rights. The duration of the Project is 21 months, ending on 31 May 2024. The e-library platform is updated regularly throughout the project’s implementation period.
