Iceland ratified the Revised European Social Charter on 4/07/2024 and has accepted 58 of the Revised Charter’s 98 paragraphs.

 

It ratified the Amending Protocol to the Charter on 21/02/02. Iceland has not yet signed or ratified the Additional Protocol providing for a system of collective complaints.
