Le Danemark a ratifié la Charte sociale européenne le 03/03/1965
Il a ratifié le protocole additionnel le 27/08/1996. Il a accepté 45 des 72 paragraphes de la Charte et les 4 articles du Protocole. Le Danemark a signé, mais pas encore ratifié la Charte révisée et le Protocole additionnel prévoyant le système de réclamations collectives.
La Charte en droit interne
Incorporation ad hoc prévue par la loi, par le biais de textes spécifiques donnant effet à la Charte.
