On 10 May, the Intercultural Network of the Famagusta District held its 2nd meeting at Deryneia Municipality. The network discussed and agreed on the following issues: 

• In-depth review of the results of the Intercutural Index Analysis for the Famagusta District, the limitations were discussed as well as how to do better
• Good practices and how they can be adjusted for the Famagusta District
• Next steps for the network and what activities can be carried out under the "Building structures for intercultural integration in Cyprus" project
• Agreed activities and proposals for their implementation.
• The upcoming study visit to three Intercultural Cities in Italy (30 May - 2 June).

The Famagusta District network will continue their work preparing their intercultural action plan and begin its implementation. 

This activity was implemented in the framework of the “Building structures for intercultural integration in Cyprus” project which is being carried out with funding from the European Union, via its Structural Reform Support Programme, and in co-operation with the European Commission's DG for Structural Reform Support.
