Migration Co-ordinator

The Secretary General has decided to nominate a "Migration Co-ordinator" in order to ensure the transversal functioning of the Migration Co-ordination within the Council of Europe. He asked the Director of Human Rights, Mr. Christos Giakoumopoulos, to fulfil this task.
