Country profiles on counter-terrorism capacity
At their 25th Conference, the European Ministers of Justice invited the Committee of Ministers to consider the possible setting up of a European register of national and international standards, starting as a matter of priority with standards in the field of the fight against terrorism.
In order to fulfill that request, since 2004 the CODEXTER has been publishing country profiles containing information on the counter-terrorism related legislation and policies of Member and Observer States on a regular basis. The information contained in the country profiles is provided by the States and examined by the CODEXTER before publication.
