Overview

Reviewing is an essential part of the experiential learning cycle, which is the basis of the approach used in this manual on human rights education. The following activities are easy and fun ways to help people learn from their experiences. They may be used after running a single Compass activity, but they should not replace a detailed debriefing and evaluation. They are most useful at the end of a training day or a longer period of training to get participants to reflect in general on what and how they are learning, and when the facilitator wants to get some quick feedback.
