Online Platform for Human Rights and Business
This platform was set up to promote the sharing of national expertise and practice in the field of Human Rights and Business.
It was established following the Council of Europe's Committee of Ministers Recommendation (2016)3 to member states on Human Rights and Business, which sets out comprehensive standards and guidance that aims to promote the effective implementation of the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights across the Council of Europe.
The sharing of National Action Plans and implementing actions between member States is a central feature of the Recommendation, and this platform will support the sharing of information.
